Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 60 days from the day it was received under our money-back guarantee policy. An item for refund must be returned in its original packaging. Please contact us and include your name and order number and our staff will reply within 1-2 business days with a "Return Materials Authorization" (RMA) number. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will not accept any returns if the product is damaged or missing accessories. After we receive the returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will only be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase. Please allow a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

My Cell Accessories may only provide refunds to orders placed directly on our website. If the item you wish to return was not purchased from our web store, you will need to contact the seller directly and inquire about their return policy.

One Year Limited Warranty on All Products

All products undergo stringent quality control testing. They are warranted to be free from material defects for one year from your purchase date when you return the product in accordance with this warranty and our instructions. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse or improper care nor does it cover minor cosmetic damages due to normal "wear and tear" of the product including the breaking or cracking of screen protectors. If the product fails under normal usage, please contact us for instructions on how to return the defective product. Be sure to have your proof of purchase on hand; return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product. If after inspection, we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will at our option and at no cost repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product. This warranty does not cover, and we will not have any liability to you for, any incidental or consequential damages caused by using the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights depending on where you live.

We make no other warranty regarding the products, and we disclaim all other warranties, express, statutory or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or arising from course of dealing or trade usage.

This constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy, and our sole and exclusive liability, for breach of this warranty.

Softwares Refund Policy

My Cell Accessories customers agreed to the End User License Agreement (EULA) when installing the software products. This EULA contained Limited Warranty on Media and No Warranty on Licensed Software (the Warranty section is copied below). Per the Warranty, customers have a period of 15 days to return the defective media on which the Licensed Software is distributed for a good replacement if they discover a defect in the media during the 30 day period.


The warrants that any media on which the Licensed Software is distributed shall be free from material defects for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the License. If Licensee discovers a defect in the media during this thirty (30) day period, Licensee may return the defective media to My Cell Accessories within fifteen (15) calendar days of discovering the defect, and Licensee's sole remedy shall be to have the defective media replaced.


In rare instances My Cell Accessories may, at our discretion, issue a refund if My Cell Accessories cannot resolve a substantial issue where the product does not conform to the product's documentation. When My Cell Accessories deems a refund is appropriate, the refund paid will be the purchase price minus the order processing and banking fees (5% of the purchase price). In such instances, My Cell Accessories requires that purchaser to provide enough information for us to positively identify the original purchase transaction (e.g., order number, company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.).
